At Zion Building Supplies, we stand behind the quality of our materials and offer a 30-day return policy on all unused, standard-stock items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-cut lumber, tinted paints, and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and a brief description of the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Materials

  Ensure all building supplies are securely packed in their original, undamaged packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package or drop off the items directly at our main distribution center during business hours.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
